Multi-asset investment specialist Saxo Bank has announced a series of significant updates to its SaxoPartnerConnect (SPC) platform, aimed at delivering greater convenience and efficiency for its partners.

Starting 1 August, SPC users can access a redesigned main menu and revamped client tree, developed through extensive internal discussions, user research, and direct partner feedback.

So, the upgraded client tree offers a comprehensive hierarchical view, enabling partners to better manage and understand relationships between clients, accounts, and users. Among its key features are:

  • Complete hierarchical view: Partners can now gain full visibility into the entire client structure, making it easier to navigate between different entities and understand their interconnections.
  • Advanced search functionality: The enhanced search tool allows users to locate specific information rapidly by searching client names, IDs, account details, or usernames, ensuring they can access critical data when needed.
  • User-friendly interface: Designed with ease of use in mind, the new interface aims to help partners focus more on managing and nurturing client relationships rather than navigating complex systems.
