XTB extends its European sports sponsorship drive by becoming title sponsor of the CEV Champions League Volley Men competition.
XTB became the title sponsor of the CEV Champions League Volley Men for 2027 and 2028, extending its rapid European sponsorship drive.
Key Points:
XTB has agreed to become title sponsor of the CEV Champions League Volley Men for the 2027 and 2028 editions, the Polish CFD broker announced, adding European volleyball’s premier club competition to a sports sponsorship portfolio that has expanded rapidly in recent months.
The deal represents another step in XTB‘s strategy of building brand recognition across European sports. The company recently secured a back-of-shirt sponsorship with Ligue 1 club Olympique Lyonnais and a sleeve deal with FC Porto, both part of a broader push to establish the broker as a recognizable name among retail investors across the continent.
XTB‘s chief growth officer Szymon Szymański framed the CEV partnership as a natural extension of the company’s existing sports presence, which already spans football, basketball, and MMA. Furthermore, he said the company aims to use the partnership to move beyond traditional sponsorship by encouraging fans to rethink how they engage with their personal finances, describing it as setting a new standard for sports engagement that creates value beyond the volleyball court itself.
CEV President Roko Sikirić welcomed the agreement, saying XTB‘s involvement signals the growing international profile and commercial appeal of the competition. He also added that the partnership would help bring the Champions League Volley closer to a wider audience and open new possibilities for digital and technological innovation across Europe.
The CEV Champions League Volley Men draws top clubs from across the continent and carries international broadcast distribution alongside additional coverage through EuroVolley.TV, giving the competition a broad and engaged fanbase that XTB gains access to through the arrangement.
Throughout the two-year partnership, XTB will activate its title sponsorship through on-court branding, hospitality rights, and direct fan engagement at competition venues. Both XTB and the CEV will also produce digital content and player-focused campaigns designed to extend the reach of the partnership beyond match broadcasts and into broader online audiences across Europe.
The sponsorship adds volleyball to a roster that already includes XTB‘s FIBA global partnership covering the 2026 and 2027 Basketball World Cups, its backing of the KSW and Oktagon MMA promotions, and its naming rights deal at Paris La Defense Arena. Together, the agreements reflect a deliberate effort by XTB to build consistent brand exposure across multiple sports verticals simultaneously as it pursues growth in key European markets.
